    Description

    CReATe Fertility Clinic and its affiliated branches seek to recruit a full-time finance leader. The ideal candidate should be a certified accountant with 5-10 years of experience in managing a medium-sized company. Previous experience in the fertility sector is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this position. The Head of Finance will have a pivotal role in supervising all financial operations, offering strategic financial advice, and ensuring the financial stability and longevity of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of all financial functions of the clinic, its satellite offices, and affiliated locations such as billing, collections, and financial reporting.
    • Supervise financial accounting aspects like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
    • Implement and oversee cost-saving measures and enhancements.
    • Offer financial analysis and suggestions to support business decisions, investments, and capital allocation with regular reporting to key management teams.
    • Manage the clinic's financial planning and risk management.
    • Collaborate with clinic doctors and management on business expansion and financial initiatives.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present continuous financial data.
    • Handle the clinic's relationships with financial institutions, major suppliers, and external accountants.
    • Formulate and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures to back the company's short-term and long-term objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.
    • Supervise cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to optimize financial performance and guarantee compliance with financial regulations.
    • Work with senior management to devise and implement strategic plans, projects, and investment choices.
    • Monitor business cash flow and ensure adequate treasury controls are enforced.
    • Lead the finance team, offering guidance to individuals within the organization with financial obligations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an MBA or CPA accreditation is advantageous.
    • Proven track record (5-10 years) in a senior financial management position, preferably in a similar sector.
    • Strong leadership and managerial competencies, motivating and inspiring team members for optimal outcomes.
    • Thorough understanding of financial principles, accounting norms, and financial laws.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting methods.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated capability in driving change, implementing process enhancements, and enhancing organizational performance.
    • Adaptability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, handling multiple priorities concurrently.
    • Competence in financial tools and ERP systems; familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a bonus.
