    *NEW WAGE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024: $24.05-$25.35 per hour + shift premiums + bonuses

    Hours of Work:

    • Bi-weekly Rotating Shifts

    Monday to Friday – (2 weeks on days – 7:00AM to 3:00PM, 2 weeks on afternoons – 3:00PM to 11:00PM)

    Job Overview:

    • Perform product audits as per approved Control Plans.
    • Raise concerns to QA Supervisor and applicable Quality Tech Support.
    • Address specific production associate quality concerns.
    • Respond promptly to afternoon shift customer quality concerns.
    • Effectively communicate with production to ensure quality goals are met and downtime minimized.
    • Coordinate in-house and external containment / sorting activities utilizing inventory software.
    • Issue quality alerts for problem containment and communication to associates.
    • Support Quality in metalforming with data collection and issue reports.
    • Participate in die trials and issue reports.
    • Update inspection fixture and operation standards as required.
    • Work to all company and departmental 5S and safety requirements.
    • Participate in T.I.P.S. program.
    • Other duties as required.

    What You Need:

    • Post-secondary education in a related field and 1-2 years experience in document control/quality
    • Understanding of ISO/TS 16949: 2009
    • Proficient with MS Office
    • Ability to work independently
    • Organizational skills
    • May be exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.

    Additional Information:

    Benefit package includes an incentive bonus program worth 7.5% of base pay, paid overtime, complete medical, dental, vision care, prescription drug programs, and a company paid pension plan worth 5% of base pay.
