    TSW Management Services Inc. is a national Lloyd's Managing General Agent and Wholesale Broker specializing in complex commercial insurance placements. At TSW, we also act as a "retail broker" through our competitive Broker's E&O program.

    TSW Management Services Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Assistant for its Calgary Office

    As a member of our Underwriting division you will support underwriters by servicing accounts in accordance with established guidelines and business objectives in the achievement of national standards for data quality and service levels.

    Focal point for all data entry; Work with various underwriters to administer policy changes as required.

    Back up for Issuing policy documentation on bound new and renewals quotes within the service standard time frame and electronic delivery of documents to the client managers.

    Back up data entry on Lloyds Lineage system.
    Issue monthly accounting and risk bordereau's for markets.
    Any other duties as required for facility activities.
    Keeping claims up to date on LEO claims.
    2+ years of commercial or personal lines or related experience.
    ~ Excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    ~ OFFICE INFORMATION
    Our Calgary office is situated in Kensington, ten minutes away from the Peace Bridge. Our office is easily accessible for employees by car and public transit and there are bike racks in our building
