beBee Professionals is seeking a Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team in Oshawa. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to the organization on a variety of commercial matters.
The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with a focus on commercial law.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of commercial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
The candidate will also be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, and will be expected to provide legal advice on a variety of other matters.
