    Finance Manager

    The Opportunity

    The Finance Manager will have a key role in steering Reynaers' financial success in North America. This impactful position provides the opportunity to shape financial strategy, enhance operations, and drive our continuous expansion throughout the US and Canada.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Financial Leadership: Supervise all accounting functions (AP, AR, reconciliations) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with growth targets.
    • Insightful Reporting and Analysis: Deliver timely, insightful financial reports with commentary to the Group. Conduct detailed gross margin analysis to pinpoint opportunities.
    • Process Optimization and Control: Lead the design and execution of effective financial controls and process enhancements to minimize risk and boost efficiency.
    • Tax and Audit Collaboration: Guarantee tax compliance by working closely with external advisors. Act as the primary liaison for internal audits.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive the annual forecasting and budgeting process, offering data-driven recommendations to steer strategic decision-making.
    • Cross-Functional Partnership: Cultivate collaborative relationships with crucial stakeholders, such as the Area Manager, HR, Customer Service, and Legal, to accomplish shared goals.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Qualifications: Holds a relevant accountancy/business qualification with 5-10 years of progressive experience.
    • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrates a strong business acumen with the ability to transform financial data into actionable insights.
    • Results-Oriented Self-Starter: A proactive issue resolver with a track record of meeting deadlines, driving efficiencies, and surpassing targets.
    • Analytical Excellence: Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and converting complex information into clear recommendations.
    • Collaborative Communicator: Possesses exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
