    Plastic Extrusion Plant

    Near Toronto, Ontario

    COMPENSATION:

    • Relocation package available.

    TO QUALIFY: You must have experience in plant management in plastics. Plastics extrusion experiences a plus.

    Our client is a US based manufacturer that has significantly grown via expansions.. As the company enters its LEAN Transformation phase, they need a Plant Manager to take over a well run plant in Ontario (near Toronto). This is a situation where you can take something that is good, and build it to "great." This plant runs Monday through Friday and is at full staff. You will have a management and supervisor team working for you. The plant is situated roughly 45 minutes from downtown Toronto.

    • Take over a good plant and make it great
    • Lead this plant through a LEAN transformation.
    • Full staff, a great situation to inherit.
    • This plant was acquired in a series of acquisitions and now leads a LEAN and Safety oriented plant manager to take this plant forward.
    • The COO is looking for a plant manager that can elevate in the organization.
