    JobDescription :

    Lookingfor candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in Jira administration andpossess a deep understanding of Jira workflows, configurations, andintegrations. The Jira Administrator will be responsible for managing andmaintaining Jira instances, providing technical support to users, andcollaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Jira workflows andprocesses.

    Rolesand Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Jira instances, including user management, permissions, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and customize Jira workflows accordingly.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Jira functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, and filters to provide insights and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure data integrity and security within Jira instances.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Jira upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate Jira with other tools and systems, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira features, plugins, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior Jira administrators and end-users on Jira functionalities and best practices.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Jira Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, including workflows, schemes, custom fields, and permissions.
  • Strong understanding of Jira plugins, integrations, and APIs.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues.
  • Proficient in Jira administration tools and utilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Jira Administrator certification is a plus.
