- Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion.
- Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics.
- Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel product growth and user engagement.
- Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies to reduce friction along the key steps of customer journey.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with user experience best practices, with a keen eye for intuitive design and user journeys. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. In Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $161,000 CAD[minimum salary in our lowest geographic market] to $238,250 CAD [maximum salary in our highest geographic market].
