The In

  • House Content Creator is an integral part of the Oakwyn family. The Content Creator is Oakwyn's eye into the community, brand, & energy of our culture. The Creator helps our brand, agents and internal team to share messages, mottos, campaigns, & values all in the unique aspirational style that Oakwyn is known for. They are always eager to help, and provide beyond amazing customer service. A positive attitude, eye for aesthetic, everevolving media skills and being a team player is a must.

Job Duties:

  • Create Oakwyn Realty Ltd. corporate media content through photography & videography
  • Work with Brand Director & Oakwyn Agents on content & narrative that allows the brand to evolve and share moments with our greater community
  • Take brand lifestyle content for corporate collateral and social media through photography & videography
  • Communicate & collaborate with Oakwyn Realty marketing team, agents, and vendors.

Other duties upon request:

  • Assist with Oakwyn Realty events and initiatives
  • Assisting Oakwyn agents with projects approved by Oakwyn Director of Brand
  • Assist and create assets for Oakwyn Realty sister alliances, Franchises and/or companies

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in photography, film, video production, or fine art
  • High level photography and video editing skills

Assets:

  • Education or experience in marketing
  • Understanding of social media
  • Own car
  • Experience in content creation
  • Copywriting and editing skills
  • Blog writing & Web editing skills
  • Drivers license and vehicle
Working hours are flexible at 30 hours a week.
