    Description
    It's a successful Canadian company that provides businesses with the best CRM decisions for different kinds of businesses. The company has completed more than 300 successful customer relationship management (CRM) implementations for recognized systems.
    As a Technical CRM Consultant, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended.

    You'll be a trusted advisor to our team and clients and an effective mentor for other delivery center professionals working alongside you.

    The overall architecture of complex solution CRM best practices and product feasibility;

    • Be engaged with the IT department of customers for complex use cases;
    • Oversight of CRM projects ensures best practices;
    • Coaching/mentoring intermediate/junior consultants.
    At least 5 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects including projects involving integration with one or multiple systems
    ~ IT background and CRM experience (
    ~10K hours of implementation);
    ~ Professional development through training opportunities. Social activities.
