    Description
    Excel Homes is looking for a Site Assistant to join our passionate, industry leading team. The Site Assistant works alongside the Superintendent to ensure homes are completed on time, on budget and without deficiencies.

    The Site Assistant will ensure that Excel Homes has an excellent image with trades and customers through efficient and effective home construction operations.

    the Site Assistant will assist in the overall appearance of job sites, while ensuring that Superintendent is aware of key issues as such issues arise.

    Ensure that the Site Superintendent is aware of key issues facing each individual section as these issues arise
    Perform all work according to Excel quality standards
    Oversee work of Tradespeople on site; Communicate with the Superintendent regarding Trade performance and issues
    Maintain a clean work site with excellent working conditions
    Maintain all Excel assets and materials in good working order
    Adaptable and flexible personality, able to react to change in a positive way
    Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills
    Sense of ownership and urgency in regard to project timelines
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    Safety training courses
