Cantiro Homes is hiring a Client Care Warranty & Quality Control Specialist


Reporting to the Client Care Manager, the
Client Care Warranty & Quality Control Specialist supports completing our customers' homes on time, on budget and without any deficiencies.

You will ensure our clients' homes are ready for possession with as few deficiencies as possible.

You will also be responsible for conducting warranty inspections and managing trade days to ensure warranty concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Inspect homes prior to possession dates for any deficiencies
  • Meet with clients on possession date and preoccupancy to ensure quality of product
  • List any customer concerns
  • Conduct warranty inspections with clients at their preappointed warranty dates
  • Organize and manage trade days to ensure warranty items are dealt with
  • Handson with tools to repair warranty issues
  • Answer emergency calls post possession
  • Assist with show home set up
  • Assist with storage maintenance of Cantiro assets
  • Fulfill requests of the Sales Team
  • Occasionally assisting with Site Superintendents and Site Techs
  • Assist with any other tasks as required

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential construction/renovations
  • General knowledge of Alberta Building Code
  • Class 5 Drivers License
  • Clean driver's abstract

  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively problemsolve
  • Work with mínimal supervision

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
