    TalentWorld is recruiting a Paralegal Associate (Senior) in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.
    Conduct legal research, analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support attorneys in case preparation.
    Draft and review complex legal documents, including contracts, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

    Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies and contribute valuable insights based on your experience.

    Handle billing processes efficiently, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments, leveraging your experience in this critical area.

    Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in laws and regulations, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

    Mentor junior paralegal staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
    Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
    10+ years of progressive experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
    Demonstrated expertise in legal research, document drafting, and case management.
    Extensive knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and best practices.
    Proficiency in legal software and technology, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
    Experience mentoring junior paralegal staff and providing guidance on complex legal matters.
    Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent role, Full-time, Onsite
    Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
