- Respond to operational issues ensuring problems affecting PLC, RTU, and HMI based automation systems are prioritized and addressed appropriately
- Act as a resource for field and control center teams helping analyze and resolve problems

- Maintain engineering documents and drawings, including Control Narratives, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Alarm and Setpoint Summaries
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of our digital asset inventories and improvement/creation of equipment monitoring and analysis tools
