    Description

    **Responsible for the management of a team of employees on site at Huntingdon where key areas of responsibility will include parts sourcing, minimising VOR and key to key time, resolving queries whilst providing excellent customer service and the ability to work within a team environment which is fast paced.
    Monitor the current parts inventory.


    • Minimise VOR, Emergency Order and other charges by careful and planned use of parts ordering facilities, without adversely impacting on customer satisfaction.
    • Adhere to all relevant regulatory rules and guidance applicable to the role.
    • Maintain databases to ensure orders are entered correctly and followed up by the team to close off including supplier invoices.
    • Reporting and analysis to ensure compliance.
    • Monitor job lead time and quality control.
    Proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel and Word.


    • Ability to work under pressure and manage staff.
