- Preparing estimates and proposals for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work
- Determining the total cost of construction project materials, equipment, utilities, and
- Seek estimates from vendors and subcontractors
- Generate estimates from fundamental principles
- Manage all stages of the tender process.
- Handle bid closings and proposal submissions
- Facilitate the transition of projects to field operation teams
- Maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with subcontractors, construction
- Regularly reporting to Management and keeping clients updated on the project status
- Minimum of 4 years working as an Estimator within the Civil sector
- Experience in estimating principles and practices; planning, execution, pricing, and
- Capable of deriving cost calculations for all tender aspects
- Well versed in estimating package software
