    Description

    On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Bilingual Labour Relations Officer to lead a dynamic and team on a permanent basis.

    Provide training and oversight to ensure compliance with union by-laws and collective agreements
    Assist in the development and implementation of union policies and procedures
    Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve union objectives
    Post-secondary degree in Labour Relations, Political Science, Law, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
    Fluent bilingualism in English and French is a must
    Ability to analyze, interpret, and execute collective agreements, employment legislation, and policies
