As an industry leader focused on driving growth and execution excellence, we are looking for a Photography Coordinator & Editor to join our growing Creative team.


Reporting to the Project Manager, the Photography & Digital Asset Coordinator is an integral part of the Creative team as they are responsible for photographing, editing, uploading, and managing assets on a Digital Asset Manager.

(DAM)


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the production and/or coordination of the design and production of assets including but not limited to, web copy, graphics, video, and photos
  • Create, review, and edit assets. Assign appropriate taxonomy and usage rights metadata to the assets, also convert items to the client's desired format.
  • Collecting and maintaining digital assets so that they are readily accessible, through a DAM and/or other platforms
  • Assist in developing and enforcing process around adherence to web and brand standards
  • Training users on the digital asset management system
  • Maintaining correct file naming conventions and folder structure procedures
  • Managing and maintaining DAM guidelines and processes
  • No specific responsibility for health and safety of others, beyond following standard defined health and safety procedures and reporting any observed workplace hazards.
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and very strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom
  • Selfstarter, capable of taking initiative to identify and resolve problems
  • Proven ability to work & collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong time management skills, deadline oriented, and results driven, thrives in a highpressure environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal competence including reliability, consistency, flexibility, and adaptability in daytoday interactions
  • Critical attention to detail
  • 1+ years of photography or photography production experience
  • 1+ years of digital asset management
  • 1+ years of video and video production experience
  • Degree or diploma in related field
