    Primary Responsibilities

    In the role of Civil Designer, we'll count on you to:

  • With occasional assistance from project engineers and managers, produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided drafting software.
  • Conduct field investigations and inspections as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
    • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

  • Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience in civil design with BIM programs.
  • Requires advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D, working knowledge of Revit.
  • Requires a good working knowledge of BIM, construction documents and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills are essential.
  • Civil drafting background with underground utility experience.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

  • Facility (structural, piping and process mechanical) experience
