En tant qu'analyste programmeur principal, vous serez chargé de la conception et du développement des logiciels d'application afin d'offrir des systèmes de gestion intégrée de qualité, efficaces, fiables et durables. Le candidat devra offrir un soutien technique hors des heures normales du bureau sur une base rotative.

    Responsabilités

    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes en informatique de gestion pour comprendre les exigences opérationnelles et non opérationnelles du système;

    • Diriger les activités durant le cycle de développement des logiciels, dont l'élaboration des spécifications du projet, la conception de codes de qualité et durables, les tests, le contrôle de la qualité, la planification et la mise en œuvre des projets. (Le candidat pourrait être appelé à fournir une formation pratique à certains membres de l'équipe de l'exploitation et de l'informatique);

    • Organiser les tâches quotidiennes reliées aux projets et respecter les échéanciers en suivant le processus de gestion de projets en place;

    • Communiquer et signaler les problèmes relatifs aux projets et aux objectifs pour faciliter et accélérer la prise de décisions liées à la gestion;

    • Participer à la résolution de problèmes ayant d'importantes répercussions sur les activités de l'entreprise;

    • Rester à l'affût des nouveaux produits et logiciels en lien avec les fonctions susmentionnées, et collaborer avec l'équipe pour déterminer les nouvelles technologies à intégrer afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et le ratio coût-efficacité.

    Principales compétences requises

    • De 10 à 15 années d'expérience pratique avec le système IBMi et le logiciel de gestion AS/400;

    • Au moins 10 années d'expérience pratique avec des système de gestion des marchandises (JDA MSS un atout);

    • Maîtrise du langage de programmation RPG (scripts ILE et SQL);

    • Excellentes aptitudes communicationnelles (à l'oral et à l'écrit) dans un contexte technique et commercial;

    • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problème;

    • Capacité de concevoir et de documenter des systèmes ou des logiciels complexes;

    • Capacité de travailler sous pression;

    • Excellent esprit d'équipe, bonne éthique professionnelle, minutie et motivation;

    • Capacité de prioriser et d'accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément;

    • Expérience dans un commerce à détail est un atout.
