- An HRIS Analyst with 1-3 years of experience using Workday?
- Looking for a chance to broaden your hands-on exposure?
- Act as a technical lead for the implementation of extended workforce management.
- Work closely with the HRIS team to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and implementation and testing of enhancements in the areas of: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Learning and Integrations and as well as any additional modules as required.
- Acts as a first point of contact (Tier-1) for user guidance and advice. Responds to queries and issues related to supported systems, analyzing the issue to identify the root cause. Solve the issue directly or works with appropriate SMEs/vendors for issue resolution.
- Support the HRIS team with Workday's Bi-Annual releases / roadmap and identify the potential impact of those plans on current and future system functionality.
- Assist with UAT testing processes and end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
- Contribute to improving Workday downstream data flows and integrations.
- Assist with defining, documenting, and implementing efficient and standardized global business processes to improve efficiencies and internal controls.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and support the team to develop standard operating procedures for critical HR processes.
- Track and assist in resolving system configuration issues and defects.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications for implementation and optimization of common workflows and tasks.
- Support the development and maintenance of job aids and other end user guides.
- Develop and maintain HRIS system process documentation including periodic file feeds and integrations.
- Communicate effectively and work well with complex multi-disciplinary teams.
- Additional duties as required and assigned by management.
- 1-3 years of Workday or any other HR systems, support and analyst experience required.
- Workday system administration and configuration knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connector.
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll and Absence processes and functions.
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including systems and process documentation.

We are looking for a HRIS Workday Analyst, who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.
