- Patient Experience Champion: Ensure our clients receive a Very Important Client experience from the moment they walk in the door. Provide regular feedback to the Regional Director on ways to enhance patient experience and improve clinic flow.
- Operations Excellence: Support the management of the day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staff coordination. Manage the coordination and clinic flow; scheduling appointments efficiently to optimize the time and schedule of treatment providers and minimize gaps.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Director to implement strategies for growth and success. Monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and deficiencies.
- Previous experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable.
- Experience with OHIP billing procedures, billing codes and regulations is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets, with a focus on cost control skills.
- Preferred experience in the private practice sector.
- University degree in business or a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience working with budgets, profit and loss (P/L) statements, and reporting is preferred.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale transactions is an asset.
- Proficient in using web-based email applications, Microsoft Office, and Electronic Medical Records.
- Experience with practice management software and patient engagement software is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills and experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, listening, and information sharing.
