- Lead critical pricing processes, collaborating across departments and engaging directly with customers to refine and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Interact regularly with the business development team, providing actionable insights that support the company's mission and drives business decisions
- Passionate about data-driven decision-making, you will combine analytical rigor with strategic business impact in a globally expanding company
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve targets
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- CPA designation preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing long-term objectives with short-term goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing analytics tools and optimization software is a plus
