Requirements:

Completion of recognized postsecondary education in Business, Business Finance or related field, with ten (10) years' progressively responsible pricing, transportation/logistics and managerial experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Management experience in the LTL carrier industry
Proven proficiency with MS Office and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Highly organized with proven ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to effectively lead, manage and develop others
Ability to work as part of a team; collaborating with others to achieve goals
Possesses exceptional quantitate and analytical skills
Ability to think critically, creatively and strategically in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders; analyzing and interpreting information and data to problem solve
Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidence in decisionmaking
A positive attitude with a results driven mindset; must be selfmotivated and able to work independently
