- Ensures the guest rooms, public areas including banqut hall, pool, workout studio, lobby, public washrooms, closets, storage units, back of the hosue common areas are "picture-perfect" for optimal first impressions as per the Westin Brand standard quality.
- Prepares for shift with a well-stocked cart, including brand approved cleaning and guest room supplies. Ensures vacuum, mop, and dusters are clean and in good working order.
- Vacuums, dusts, cleans, sweeps, polishes, and restocks all guest common areas and facilities.
- Cleans and sanitizes all bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
- Ensures supply rooms, restrooms, and any other essential areas in the hotel are stocked with necessary products.
- Guarding our guests and your own personal safety and security is paramount; you must know and practice all emergency procedures for the hotel and policies that protect the privacy and security of our guests and yourself.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel is an asset.
