    Passion Dental Group has an exciting opportunity in ON for a passionate ambitious leader. Are you ready to take your clinic leadership career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Regional Director, Clinic Support to join our team and contribute to our expanding presence in Southern Ontario.

    The Role:
    As the Regional Director, Clinic Support, you will have a vital role in guiding and mentoring our clinics to achieve top-notch standards in patient care and operational excellence.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Lead and guide clinic teams to deliver exceptional care and service to patients, while optimizing operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
    • Collaborate with Clinic Managers to implement best practices in treatment case acceptance, hygiene pre-booking, schedule optimization, and other key areas to enhance clinic performance.
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous development opportunities for Clinic Managers to enhance their management and leadership skills.
    • Drive excellent financial outcomes for each clinic, ensuring effective profitability management and growth.
    • Ensure consistent and efficient use of tools and reports across clinics to facilitate decision-making and performance evaluation.
    • Develop annual strategic plans and budgets for clinics in partnership with Clinic Managers.
    • Determine staffing needs ratio to maximize clinic growth and implement productivity, performance, and growth programs.
    • Partner with Clinic Managers to maintain appropriate scheduling and coverage.
    • Foster positive and effective communication among clinic team members, peers, and the PDG Support Office Team.
    • Cultivate a positive and trusting relationship between clinic staff and PDG, while ensuring compliance with all practice protocols and laws.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in clinics at all times.
    • Support regular internal meetings within each clinic to encourage effective communication.
    • Arrange regional meetings and maintain consistent quarterly communications.
    • Uphold and enhance PDG's brand by enforcing all standards.
    • Handle administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
    • Perform any other assigned duties effectively.

    What We're Looking For:
    We are searching for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of dental clinic operations, and strong leadership qualities.

    Key requirements include:
    • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the dental industry.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (an asset).
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
    • A strong commitment to outstanding patient service.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Base Salary:
    $90,000 - $120,000 per year
    Comprehensive Benefits include:
    Dental Care, Extended Health Care, EAP, Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance
    Bonus Pay
