    Ready to take your career in clinic leadership to the next level? We are searching for a vibrant and ambitious Regional Director, Clinic Support to become part of our team and assist our upcoming venture in Southern Ontario.

    The Role: As the Regional Director, Clinic Support, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring our clinics to achieve top-notch standards in patient care and operational efficiency.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and guide clinic teams to provide exceptional care and service to patients while enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
    • Work closely with Clinic Managers to implement best practices in treatment case acceptance, hygiene pre-booking, schedule optimization, and other key areas to improve clinic performance.
    • Offer coaching, mentorship, and continuous development opportunities for Clinic Managers to enhance their management and leadership skills.
    • Drive excellent financial results for each clinic, collaborating with Clinic Managers to manage profitability effectively and encourage growth.
    • Ensure consistent and effective use of tools and reports across clinics to aid decision-making and performance assessment.
    • Develop annual strategic plans and budgets for clinics in partnership with Clinic Managers.
    • Determine the optimal staffing ratio to maximize clinic growth. Implement productivity, performance, and growth initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Clinic Managers to maintain appropriate scheduling and coverage.
    • Foster positive and efficient communication among clinic team members, peers, and the PDG Support Office Team.
    • Cultivate a positive and trusting relationship between clinic staff and PDG.
    • Ensure compliance with all practice protocols, policies, and applicable laws to safeguard patient and team well-being.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the clinics consistently.
    • Encourage and facilitate regular internal meetings within each clinic to promote effective and open communication among team members.
    • Organize regional meetings and uphold regular quarterly communications.
    • Uphold and reinforce all PDG standards while continuously enhancing PDG's reputation.
    • Handle administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
    • Effectively perform any other assigned duties.

    What We're Seeking: We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a profound understanding of dental clinic operations, and strong leadership qualities. Essential requirements include:

    • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the dental industry.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (an asset).
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
    • A firm commitment to exceptional patient care.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000.00 per year
    • Comprehensive Benefits including Dental Care, Extended Health Care, EAP, Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance
