- Processes financial requests.
- Monitors transactions made by others, detecting and correcting errors.
- Assists Project development agents with their files, resolving issues with files/claims.
- Follows up on files with KRG.
- Prepares agenda, attends meetings and prepares draft minutes as required.
- Updates files in Cloud (SharePoint) ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Maintains agreement/contract/budget transfer/claims files.
- Updates FMPro
- Ensure completion of files with all associated backups.
- Resolves and follows up with Finance regarding invoicing and claims issues.
- Diploma in Collegial Studies in administration or equivalent.
- Fluent in 2 of the 3 languages of the Board (Inuktitut, English or French)
- Experience working in Continuing Education would be an asset.

Kativik Ilisarniliriniq (KI) is a school board offering educational services in the 14 communities of Nunavik.
FUNCTION & DUTIES:
Under the authority of the Coordinator of the Adult Education and Vocation Training department, the Administrative Technician is responsible for performing various administrative operations. As a part of their duties, the employee will assist professionals and senior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.
