- Create the Change impact assessment
- Assessing readiness and provide pulse survey data to highlights people and implementation risks
- Work with leaders to build awareness of the change and identify ways they could model and reinforce the change
- Identify supports needed by leaders
- Work with targets of change to determine challenges and needs for the change to be successful
- Initiate change and communication plan(s)
- Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Minimum 10 years of Change Management experience
- Strong Technical Change Management with integration experience
- Experience Impact Change Assessments
- Strong knowledge of change leadership research and behaviors
- Exceptional communication skills, including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and presentations
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and standards
- Experience with Communications
- Relevant Change Management certifications
- Experience in a Senior Change role in the Insurance industry would be considered a strong asset
