    SIRVA Canada LP is a leader in Canada's household goods moving industry through its national network of Allied Van Lines and North American Van Lines moving company agents.

    We are seeking an individual to join our Revenue Accounting team with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail that will yield high-accuracy revenue disbursements and customer invoices while maintaining throughput targets.

    You are always willing to ask questions and enjoy working within a close-knit team focused on producing quality output.
    Produce invoices for national corporate account shipments per the terms and conditions of each contract, in all cases after verifying services performed
    Process NAVL Domestic (COD) Shipments based on the terms and conditions of the effective tariff in place
    Assist with verification of automobile shipping invoices from third-party carriers
    Reception backup; College diploma or combination of completed high school education and tangible post-academic work experience specializing in accounting
    Moving industry experience is an asset
    Excellent verbal and written skills with an aptitude for clear, courteous, and concise communication, ideally in both English and French languages
    Exceptional analytical and logistical skills with high attention to detail to effectively apply pricing policies
    Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
