    Our growing team is looking for a Manager, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

    The Identity Governance & Administration manager is responsible for developing and implementing IGA identity and access management best practices to support the governance of access principles and to ensure high security standards & integrity of the company's information systems/data.

    Manage a team of SMEs spread across several sites.
    Support the budget management
    Contribute to the vendor management.
    Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related domain or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
    Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management position.
    General Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
    Strong planning, organization, and coordination (oral and written) skills.
    Ability to manage your own and your team's time and priorities.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English; Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

    Quality results-oriented.
    A recognized certification in information security (an asset).
    No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
    Technical knowledge (Good knowledge and understanding of the following areas):
    ~ Identity Governance & Administration concepts and best practices (Access & Identity management, privileged accounts, account types B2E/B2B/B2C, access reviews, Artificial Intelligence related concepts, IAM 4 pillars joiners/movers/leavers/access certification, software development life cycle in the context of integrating applications for automated IGA, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC...).
    ~ DevOps » and « Agile » principles.
    ~ Identity and Access Management (IAM) general knowledge.
