Proud to be a part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group family, The Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre on 711 West Broadway is a 197 room hotel located in the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia.

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to fill the position of a full-time housekeeper / room attendant.

Job Description:

Room Attendant's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Dust furniture
Vacuum carpeting, draperies and upholstered furniture
Change sheets and stage beds
Stock clean towels and toiletries
Stock linen closet
Follow IHG 5S cleaning program
Pick up and empty trash containers
Clean windows, walls and ceilings
Clean bathroom and showers
Keeping surrounding areas such as hallways, service areas and linen closets clean and tid
Handle and report lost and found items
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
Provide guests with basic information on facilities
Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed.
May assist with other duties as assigned

Working hours:

5 days schedule, must be available 7 days a week as you could be assigned for weekends of week days.

Work hours are generally 8am to 4:30pm daily, may change slightly during weekends and holidays. (no overnight shift required)
