    Compensation Overview

    The salary range for this position is based on national market standards and various factors like role scope, candidate experience, and performance incentives within our benefits program.

    Salary Range: $105,000 - $174,100.00

    What Is the Opportunity?

    Join our Commercial Accounts team providing a wide range of insurance products to mid-size businesses, including General Liability, Property, Automobile, Workers' Compensation, and Lead Umbrella solutions. As an Account Executive Officer (AEO), you'll collaborate with agents and brokers to assess customer needs and drive profitable sales through relationship building and risk assessment.

    What Will You Do?

    • Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of client accounts.
    • Underwrite and negotiate customer accounts effectively.
    • Cultivate internal and external relationships for sales and cross-selling.
    • Identify and seize new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales plans in partnership with leadership.
    • Provide mentorship to junior team members.

    What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

    • 6-8 years of underwriting experience in commercial lines.
    • Thorough knowledge of commercial products and markets.
    • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

    Must-Have Requirement

    • Minimum 4 years of underwriting experience.
