Nous recherchons une personne ayant une compréhension de niveau expert des serveurs Windows et de la mise en réseau. Gérer les composants du réseau: Serveurs Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, sauvegardes de serveurs Office 365, licences d'infrastructures et de dispositifs réseau (pare-feu et commutateurs), virtualisation (ESXi), Veeam;
Fournir un support de haute qualité à nos clients et prendre en charge les incidents et les demandes jusqu'à leur résolution;
Soutenir les équipes de niveau 1 et 2 pour les problèmes techniques avancés et fournir des conseils et du coaching;
Disponibilité pour travailler occasionnellement le soir et le week-end en cas d'urgence, avec compensation.
Qualifications et compétences techniques:
~Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral);
~ Expérience de la configuration, de l'exploitation et de la gestion de réseaux, de serveurs, d'équipements de stockage de différentes marques et d'un environnement VMware;
~ Vous êtes autodidacte ou titulaire d'un certificat ou d'un diplôme d'une université ou d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur dans des domaines pertinents;
Vous avez les certifications CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, NSE, et/ou autres.

We are looking for a highly skilled senior network and server administrator who is naturally passionate about IT to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual with an expert level understanding of Windows Servers and Networking. Someone with a solid work ethic who will be responsible with the following (non-exhaustive list):
Manage network components: Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 server backups, licensing network infrastructures and devices (firewalls and switches), virtualization (ESXi), Veeam;
You will jointly be responsible for the support and management of networks ranging from servers and end-user;
Provide high-quality support to our customers and take ownership of incidents and requests until resolution;
In team collaboration, planning, and managing infrastructures and migrations;
Supporting Level 1 and 2 teams with advanced technical issues and providing guidance and coaching;
Qualifications and technical skills:
~2-3 years of strong experience with our managed network components (see above);
~ Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken);
~ Previous experience in configuring, operating, and managing networks, servers, storage equipment of various brands, and a VMware environment;
~ Knowledge of security-related systems and applications such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, virtual private networks (VPNs), and associated network and protocols and concepts;
~ You are either self-taught or hold a college/university certificate or degree in relevant fields;
You have the CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, NSE, and/or other certifications.
