- Investing in the canvassing of customers.
- Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries: real estate agencies, real estate brokers and developers.
- Target and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
- Promote the global offer, including the protection and sale of cross-products.
- Ensure a presence in the business community of your territory
- Be actively involved in the business community in your territory
- Respect the frameworks, practices and various laws and regulations applicable to your activities as a mortgage financing representative
- Stay abreast of financial news, market trends and best practices in your field of activity.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Schedule : Be available 7 days a week and evenings
- Workplace : Windsor, Niagara Falls, London, Kitchener/Waterloo and/or Hawkesbury/Eastern Ontario. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote
- Travel : Frequent (at the request of members and clients)
- Other relevant information: Compensation: 100% commission

- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales
- Experience working in the banking sector (a significant asset)
