    Executive Chef John Cordeaux and his culinary leadership team are looking for a talented colleague to join an already outstanding team.

    The Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading a multifaceted pastry team and will have a high quality volume background, Casino, or hotel lines.

    Our pastry shop is fully equipped for the requirements of a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef. We have a staff restaurant and three staff lounges and three player complimentary lounges averaging 15,000 covers a week.

    We also have a banquet service department with 8 meeting rooms from in addition to an Entertainment Center which features world renowned acts and has a seating capacity of 5,000.

    Operate a variety of kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

    Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing all areas.

    Ensure supplies and products are stocked as needed including ensuring that supplies are stocked for the next shift.
    Safe and efficient use of all kitchen equipment.
    Proven ability to work in a large production kitchen.

    Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
