Summary
Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc. requires an experienced case manager for the Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP). Previous administrative experience is considered an asset.


The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate strength and experience in the following areas:

  • Compassionate and accurate communications with applicants, client members, and staff
  • Coordination and management of medical records
  • Utilizing case management software to administer cases, record case notes and provide records management of case information
  • Clear and effective decisionmaking skills
  • Adaptability in fastchanging environment

Mandatories

  • Valid enhanced reliability secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one
  • Available for a fulltime position at our downtown Ottawa office

Assets

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity
  • A University degree or related certification
  • Bilingual (English and French)
