Description
GlobalService desk - Bilingual- Should be efficient in understanding business requirements and negotiate with business if they are doable.
- Should be efficient in traversing through IVR flows.
- Should be efficient in data flow from IVR to Contact Centre apps.
Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Contact centre Apps: 3 years (required)
- IVR Flow: 3 years (required)
