GlobalService desk - Bilingual

  • Should be efficient in understanding business requirements and negotiate with business if they are doable.
  • Should be efficient in traversing through IVR flows.
  • Should be efficient in data flow from IVR to Contact Centre apps.

Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Contact centre Apps: 3 years (required)
- servicedesk: 3 years (required)

  • IVR Flow: 3 years (required)
Customer Support: 3 years (required)
