    Description

    Job Description:

    Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
    - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
    - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
    - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant support to customers
    - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and procedures

    Requirements:
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
    - Excellent persuasion and project management skills
    - Experience with CRM software and help desk systems is a plus
