    Description

    Provide advanced medical nutrition therapy (nutrition assessment, nutrition screening, counseling, education, modified diet formulation, nutrition intervention, nutrition support) for out-patients (clinic setting) appropriate to age-related needs and diagnosis/disease.

    Assesses, makes recommendations and plans for patient's medical nutrition therapy.
    Implements medical nutrition care in collaboration with the medical team.
    Promotes dietetics through education, training and participation in research.
    Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition
