As the HR Project Manager you are playing a leadership role in rolling out our People & Culture priority initiatives.

In this role, you will ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget.

You will communicate and liaise with all levels of staff and management, as well as with consultants, vendors and others as needed to facilitate consensus, consultation, negotiation and sharing of information.

Toronto (Hybrid/Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are to work closely with the HR team members, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Establishes detailed project charter, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables
Executes project plan according to project methodologies, ensures successful and coordinated completion of project components, on time and on budget
Provide project leadership and vision; formalize processes, procedures, and quality control measures; develop and manage project resource plans and project dependencies.
Identify and assess risks, implement risk mitigation strategies including severity and impact assessments.
Provide overall project reporting including scorecards, progress reports, metrics, issues, costs, etc.
Monitor implementation efforts and transition issues to ensure that business risks are identified, and solutions are recommended.
Support organizational change management efforts, related to assigned projects or otherwise.
