Data Analyst Intermediate (Contract Position)
Number of Positions: 1 Filled: 0 Duration: 7 months
Location: North York, ON, CA
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Hybrid position, 2-3days/week onsite in the North York offices
Roles and responsibilities:
Understanding the business needs and requirements to develop Customer Operation-Digital-Chat dashboards & automate reports.
~Responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large sets of data. They use their expertise in data modeling and data mining to identify trends and patterns in data, and communicate their findings to stakeholders. They also ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality assurance checks.
Must have 5 years of the following:
• SQL
• Dashboard Visualization - Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Good presentation skills
• Experience with Chatbot projects (very nice to have)
