    Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our amazing team as a Community Nurse.

    This position allow one on one care with clients and support and guidance to regulated and unregulated care providers as well as administrative support. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, they need and deserve delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.

    Job Qualification

    Positions open to RPNs/ LPNs who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
    Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
