    Cook Nutrition Services - Cafeteria (Job ID: 1373)

    Qualifications:

    • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Red Seal Certificate or international certification equivalency required.
    • Toronto Public Health approved Food Handler Certificate required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of diversified culinary experience in a fine dining/hotel/private club/hospital and/or banquet facilities.
    • Excellent culinary tastes and artistic flair for creating unique meals and presentation.
    • Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all areas at all times.
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
    • Able to stand and work for long periods of time and perform the full range of duties as required, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively with staff and customers.
    • Satisfactory attendance record.
