    What you'll be doing

    As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant, your main responsibility will be to handle full cycle recruitment and ensure a top-notch candidate experience. This role requires a good amount of creativity, a solid grasp of the current recruitment landscape, strong business acumen, and excellent time management skills.

    • Source both passive and active prospects, screen applicants, present candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and take care of the administrative aspects of the hiring process
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with business partners, providing valuable recommendations
    • Engage in recruitment marketing initiatives to boost awareness of the Associate Dealer opportunity in the market
    • Serve as a brand ambassador by advocating Canadian Tire's brand, establishing and maintaining strong candidate relationships and industry networks
    • Cultivate relationships with professional and community organizations to form partnerships for sourcing quality candidates
    • Keep up-to-date with current trends and recruitment strategies to innovate sourcing and attracting top-notch candidates
    • Maintain the recruitment database promptly to ensure accurate recruitment metrics
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing activities
    • Handle all administrative tasks and document management to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
    • Undertake other talent acquisition duties and projects as necessary

    What we need from you

    • 2 years' experience in full cycle recruitment, with a mix of agency and/or corporate background being advantageous
    • Proficiency in various sourcing and recruiting methods for both passive and active prospects
    • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbally and in writing
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional time management skills with a knack for task prioritization
    • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
    • Skilled at building trust and rapport with key stakeholders
    • Proactive in questioning the status quo and seeking ways to enhance work processes
    • Brings high energy and a positive outlook to the role, creating a beneficial impact on colleagues
    • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing top-notch service
