    As a key player on our team, you'll work with diverse sectors like Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Healthcare, Consumer-Based Industries, IT, and Data Analytics.

    Immerse yourself in volume and project recruitment while showcasing your consultative nature and customer-centric approach.


    Responsibilities:

    • Embark on the excitement by participating in and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
    • Showcase your strong consultative nature and customercentric approach
    • Source toptier talent across multiple lines of business, industries, and skills to meet project needs.
    • Demonstrate your capability to support internal stakeholders and take initiative.
    • Be the face of our brand, serving as an ambassador and delivering a superior candidate and client experience.
    • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality while following processes diligently.
    • Keep the energy flowing by reporting on relevant recruitment metrics.
    • Be a catalyst for positive change, identifying and implementing innovative strategies to elevate our talent acquisition processes to make them even more efficient and effective.

    Qualifications:

    • Bring a minimum of 7+ years of highvolume and full, endtoend lifecycle recruitment experience to the table
    • Flexibility and adaptability are your middle names – you thrive in change and ambiguity.
    • Navigate the social media landscape and alternative sourcing/advertising channels like a pro.
    • Exercise discretion and tact when dealing with confidential information and sensitive situations.
    • Showcase your proficient computer skills, including mastery of the MS Office suite.
    • Working knowledge of navigating a LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter considered an asset.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field considered an asset.
