    Randstad Staffing is actively recruiting for an accounting assistant to work with one of our clients in Lower Sackville NS.

    This is a permanent position starting ASAP.

    Are you someone who has 1-2 years experience in an Administrative Assistant position? Do you have some accounting experience or education?

    Then we would love to consider you for this opportunity. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are seeking someone with the ability to communicate effectively, work with clients, and maintain a professional demeanor.

    Responsibilities


    • Process accounts payables
    • Do bank deposits
    • General bookkeeping tasks
    • Answer phone calls
    • General support to the team as needed
    • spread sheets

    • petty cash/balancing cash
    Qualifications


    • admin experience on an account team
    • great with numbers
    • experience with bank deposits
    • accounts payable experience
    • ability to start immediately
