    RecallMax services dental practices across North America. Established in 2011 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, RecallMax also has offices in Toronto, ON and Lehi, UT, United States. We are recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to work in our Calgary head office.

    Job Description:

    RecallMax seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to becomea valuable addition to our expanding team. This position, reporting to the Marketing Director, offers an enticing chance to contribute to the implementation of a multi-channeled marketing strategy within the technology sector.

    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for various facets of the marketing mix, with aparticular focus on content creation and social media. We're seeking a candidate with a keen enthusiasm for crafting content, coupled with a creative mindset and meticulous attention to detail. This position is pivotal in executing our marketing initiatives throughout both Canada and the United States.

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Campaign implantation : To execute the RecallMax Marketing Campaign Plan to timeframes and budget.

    2. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.

    3. Social Media Management: Maintain and manage our social media accounts by posting content, responding to comments, and tracking engagement metrics.

    4. Email Marketing : Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

    5. Event Support: Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.

    6. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing marketing materials.

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
