    Position Overview:
    As an Outbound Customer Solution Specialist, you will assist in showcasing our client's range of products and services, offering tailored options that meet customer needs. This team excels in providing exceptional service by engaging with customers, assessing their requirements, and proposing customized solutions. If you are agile, self-motivated with excellent communication skills, possess a passion for sales, can easily establish rapport, consistently deliver results, and genuinely enjoy assisting others, then you'd be a perfect fit for our team.
    Position Status: Full Time, Permanent, Remote
    Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm & Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm EST
    Rate of Pay: $ Hourly Target Incentives
    Responsibilities:
    • Engage with customers nationwide
    • Conduct outbound calls for customer retention
    • Promote and recommend the latest products and services to customers on inbound/outbound sales queues
    • Manage call volumes, ensure first call resolution, and meet customer expectations
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
    • Educate customers on products/services and implement strategies to meet financial goals
    • Achieve key performance indicators
    • Follow up with customers to enhance satisfaction and expand sales opportunities
    • Resolve customer queries professionally
    • Record customer interactions accurately
    • Effectively communicate account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc., to customers
    • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
    • Uphold confidentiality standards
    • Perform other assigned job tasks
    Requirements:
    • Background in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound, or Outbound Sales beneficial
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems
    • Comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
    • Secure location to store company and customer data
    • Access to power outlets and high-speed internet (10MB or greater)
    • Designated workspace to ensure privacy and focus, with connection via Ethernet port
    • Capability to use the Google Authenticator app
