    Shift
    The Staff Scheduler is responsible for daily maintenance of electronic schedules i.e.

    staff replacement, time changes, flex staffing, modified duties, etc, and providing timecard information to payroll for the processing of electronic time cards.

    This position will complete staff placement based on the skills and qualifications of the staff while following collective agreement language.

    The Scheduler will work closely with Managers and each other to ensure that daily staffing levels reflect the staffing needs of the units.

    Posted hours do not constitute a guarantee that shifts will not be subject to change.
    Recent experience staffing and scheduling clinical and clerical staff in a healthcare setting is required
    Experience processing and preparing payroll is preferred.
    Strong data entry and computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and be able to collaborate with a variety of disciplines throughout the hospital in an effective and respectful way, while maintaining confidentiality
